All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
What is the typical delivery time?
Standard delivery to institutional addresses arrives within 2 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
What if my delivery is delayed?
While we ship promptly, transit times are managed by third-party carriers. Quantum Advanced Research is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather events, or customs processing. We will assist with tracking and documentation for any delayed shipment.
Are your products intended for human use?
No. All products are sold strictly for Research Use Only (RUO). They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.
Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Yes. Every batch ships with a third-party COA from an independent analytical laboratory, downloadable from the product page or via the COA Verification portal.
